For what it's worth, I agree with Martin.  If the goal is to harmonize
licenses and make things more compatable, I think that goal is furthered
by agreeing to this request...Rather than making a stand against a
distasteful license.

It probably doesn't help, but for any code that I've contributed, I'd be
happy to relicense in this fashion.
