If you have the OFX parser on top of OpenSP, then all that is needed is to
write a .NET wrapper.  That is something that I can do.  do you have a link
to the code, and could you compile it to a DLL?

Or if its easier to combine java and C# (or even code conversion), you could

I think I could help out with the DLL, but if you convert it to java, then
going to C# wouldnt be that bad either.
