I got the wrapper to at least think it was working, but there were
marshalling and unmarshalling memory issues that I couldn't figure out.

The code I wrote isn't open source.  But I could whip up some sample
code so you could see what I'm talking about.  Probably pretty easy for
you to do the same if you wanted to see.  I used the Windows DLL's for
OpenSP without modification, which you can also get ahold of.
