Reading the explanation of HTTP Error 405 at e.g.  
http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E405.html I doubt that this is a 
KMyMoney problem but rather a libofx or user problem. Therefor, I 
cross-post this to the libofx developers as well.

I have to admit that I don't know anything about OFX (cause we don't use it 
here in Germany).
