Hi Gray,

At this point there is no public URL to the entire support ticket system.  You can view the current open support issues on the forum at http://help.infinitekind.com (or moneydance.com/help), but when the tickets were public we had problems with too many duplicates and invalid tickets being submitted. Besides the fact that virtually every single ticket was labeled a "showstopper".  Now that the tickets are private and duplicates are being resolved, the system will actually be useful to us again.
