Hi Roland,
Working under the assumption that, you chose 'Investment Expense: Fees' (or something simiar) for the 'Transfer' field or the 'Fee Category' field of the txns when you entered these brokerage charges, you chould use the Income & Expenses Report to generate a report of the charges.
Select the I & E Report from the sidebar, click the 'Edit' button, select a date range, select account(s) then click on the blue 'By Individual' text so that you can select the 'Investment Expense: Fees' Category.
