File Open - Ctl+O ?

Greetings All,

In the previous Moneydance programs, holding down the "Ctrl" key and
pressing the "O" key would open a dialog to select a different file to open.
This does not seem to function in Moneydance 2010. Is this a bug or am I
missing something?
