It's that misdirection which caused me to bring up the question of whether this list should be closed. What ideas do you have for making sure those queries get directed where they will get the best support? I've just added information to the email footer that directs people to the proper URL for support. I'll also add some more descriptive text to the signup page. If you go to http://moneydance.com there is no route to signup for this mailing list. I'm not sure how new customers are finding it, but I expect that it is via a google search for a specific problem that brings them to the archives, which include links to the signup form.
