can't enter memo in memo field

Hi,

When I download transactions from my bank or credit card companies into Moneydance, it will not allow me to enter anything in the memo field.  I try to put the cursor there, but it won't do anything; I just end up clicking for nothing.  Other times, it will allow me to enter memos.  (Macbook Pro running Snow Leopard, with Moneydance 2011)

I put this question up on the infinitekind forum about a month ago, got a reply for me to send in some info right away, and I haven't heard since.

Can anyone here solve the problem?  Is it a bug? - or is there anything I can change in my program?
