[Apologies for the top post; handheld devices have a singular lack of capable email clients...] Hi, John... Is this using openJDK or Sun (Oracle) Java? I see similar issues with openJDK on eComStation (OS/2) with a couple other apps, though I have yet to experience this with Moneydance. A quick Google comes up with a number of hits on this related to openJDK. Here's the error when I ask to Manage Extensions, or check for updates: java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable Any suggestions? First I simply copied a functioning Moneydance directory to my new /home/john; when that didn't work I found a .deb download of 751 (I think) and tried a fresh install of that... same socket error. _______________________________________________ For Moneydance customer support, please visit http://help.infinitekind.com [email protected] http://moneydance.com/mailman/listinfo/moneydance-info -- This email was Anti Virus checked by Astaro Security Gateway. http://www.astaro.com _______________________________________________ For Moneydance customer support, please visit http://help.infinitekind.com [email protected] http://moneydance.com/mailman/listinfo/moneydance-info
