Dear All,

I'm bug fixing. I've fixed the rather horrendous bug that causes a segfault when you want to load a font that contains more than 1 lookup. I've also tidied up the very Macish autotools files so that we can build on linux, and I've added debian packaging (perhaps a naughty thing to do).

My repo is in github.com/mhosken/fontforge.git

My next plan is to add a DEBUG type option so that all those printfs can be turned off for normal command line users.
