Then, for God's sake, do something!  Provide patches, help packaging,
whatever.  Just staying at the side and pointing with the finger – or
rather, using a kiddy-kiddy language, probably because you have never
learned what a civilized conversation tone is – doesn't change
anything.

So be it.  Use the old package and be happy.  Maybe you want to try
any competitor's program.

FontForge is free software, developed mostly in the spare time of
volunteers.  Have you paid for it?  No?  So shut up or help *by
doing*, not by talking.
