[Feature Request] Move only on-curve point

Devs,

I've often found myself wishing that I could move an on-curve point and
leave the off-curve points where they are. Am I just dense and don't know
that this is already possible? If it's not possible, and there's not a lot
of other things going on, I think that'd be a useful addition.
