[Feature Request] Display contour order & re-order contours

Hey, devs!

In my efforts to learn more about how to use MM tech better, I've
discovered that, at least to my knowledge, there isn't a good way of know
the "order" of contours and re-order them if needed so that interpolation
works better (at all?). Would it be possible to add an option to the View
menu that displays a digit next to the start point arrow of a contour that
says what number it is?

As a follow on, it would be super helpful if there were some way to easily
change their order (even a simple list box that you can move entries up and
down with some buttons. That would be soooooooo helpful!
