Broken connection to system bus

Hi, We have an application where we it communicates over system dbus to the other applications. We use qt dbus bindings for this. Off late we do see some problems while creating dbus proxies for the remote objects with an error "org.freedesktop.Dbus.Error.Disconnected" which shows the broken connection to the system bus. Should we retry to connect to the system bus again or any other inputs would help us..
