REJECTED: D-BUS

I'm pre-emptively rejecting D-BUS with this mail.

Rationale:
D-BUS is the cross-platform IPC scheme, although currently still under
development. However, it is still quite immature, and under heavy
development; its API is not stable, which is one of the key requirements
for this platform.

I would love to see it in the platform, and believe it will be an
absolute cornerstone of later releases. However, it's with much regret
that I say it's just not ready yet.
