Tinderbox status.

I checked with Bryce Harrington about getting help setting up tinderbox
again.  The first time he'll have time is the beginning of the year.

If anyone (with appropriate apache and perl experience) wants to take a
stab at it, please go ahead.  The code should be in the admin CVS (and
in the compromised snapshot.  Now of course, would be a good time to get
it installed with care around security.
