The tinderbox is already up.  I've put it on one of my machines to
reduce the number of odd services that fd.o has to run in its webserver.

It's in a jail whose only responsibility is webserving, so I'm not too
concerned about the security of it.  sysadmin CVS has been updated
already for the new locations.  I've got a few more local diffs to
tinderclient CVS (use_ccache for xorg, for example) that I ought to
commit, but it's runnable already.
