lack of minutes/summary for calls

It would be deeply appreciated if someone who attends the rw calls could
write up some sort of summary of what went on, if not a complete
minutes. This would contribute to the open development environment and
leave people like me feeling less clueless about what's going on.

As is, I'm reduced to hearing rumors from people who've been on the
call, or sometimes people who have talked to people who were on the call.
