Oh no, it was purely a loss of brain function on this one -- I truely 
didn't recall that november discussion (heck, that was over *two weeks ago*).

And, again, the goal was not to produce an autotooled Xt library, but only 
to solve my immediate problem of where to record the fix I needed to the 
Xt code itself.  I hate keeping any code on my own machines and not in a 
public repository.  The autotooling was just the bare minimum necessary to 
make things compile on my machine; please feel free to blow it all away 
and start afresh; the main thing is to place changes in the available 
repository which contains the change logs for the last several years as 
recorded by XFree86.
