Is xinerama supported on any cards

I'm putting together a new system for myself and I need dual head (need as 
in I am unwilling to go without it).  My current mga setup does not work 
with XFree and I am using the Xig Xserver which has a lot of issues of its 
own.  I would like to either get back to XFree or be able to use the fd.o 
xserver if possible. (The xig support guys are total *#@ holes)

Are there any cards where Xinerama works with fd.o? Or cards where xinerama 
works well (fast) with XFree and is likely to work in the near future with 
fd.o?  I'm thinking radeon.
