  Hmm... that's odd.  I don't see that on Linux in our tests.

  That is definitely not the correct version of FreeRADIUS.  2023 is a =
lifetime ago in v4 development terms.

  You've managed to install a very, very, old version of v4.  Delete it, =
and use the v4 packages from https://packages.inkbridgenetworks.com/

  The recent packages will work.
