NEWS: AdvanceMENU v2.2.8

AdvanceMENU v2.2.8 has been released at :

AdvanceMENU is a frontend for the AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMESS, MAME,
MESS, xmame, Raine and any other emulator.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
platforms supported by the SDL library.

This is the list of changes:

* Added the volume control at the SDL sound driver. It's implemented
  reducing the sample values and not using the hardware
  volume control.
* Fixed a possible bug on the SVGALIB Rage 128/Radeon drivers.
  Also updated the SVGALIB patch in the contrib/ dir.
