NEWS: AdvanceMENU v2.2.9

AdvanceMENU v2.2.9 has been released at :

AdvanceMENU is a frontend for the AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMESS, MAME,
MESS, xmame, Raine and any other emulator.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
platforms supported by the SDL library.

This is the list of changes:

* Added support for importing the XML output of AdvanceMESS 0.71.0.0.
* Added support for ignoring the return code of the runned
  generic emulator. Simply put a '-' in front of the emulator
  executable name.
* The number of listed games is now correct in any sort mode.
