NEWS: AdvanceCOMP v1.8

AdvanceCOMP v1.8 has been released at :

AdvanceCOMP is a collection of recompression utilities for
your .ZIP archives, .PNG snapshots, .MNG video clips and .GZ files.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
Unix like platforms.

This is the list of changes:

* Added support for .gz files at advdef.
* Fixed support for .png files with splitted IDATs.
