NEWS: AdvanceMENU v2.3.8

AdvanceMENU v2.3.8 has been released at :

AdvanceMENU is a frontend for the AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMESS, MAME,
MESS, xmame, Raine and any other emulator.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
platforms supported by the SDL library.

This is the list of changes:

* Fixed the renaming of the AdvanceMESS snapshots,
  clips and sounds. It was broken on
  version 2.3.6.
* Added support for specific emulator configuration.
* New menu organization.
* Added the new `ui_menukey' option to enable and disable
  the keyboard shortcuts in the menus.
