NEWS: AdvanceSCAN v1.10

AdvanceSCAN v1.10 has been released at :

AdvanceSCAN is a command line rom manager for MAME, MESS,
AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMESS and Raine.
It contains also a diff generator of rom sets.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
Unix like platforms.

This is the list of changes:

* Added support for .chd files. Check the new -K option.
* The program now automatically renames any damaged .zip
  and .chd file instead of aborting.
* Updated the included expat library to version 1.95.8.
