Advmenu 2.4.1: stuck & delay issues menu

Hi

Loading Advmenu for first time is ok, but when a load a game and later return to Advmenu becomes very slow to choose another game and the sound is choopy.

Maybe is a problem of size of screen ( I use 1024x288 ). Running Advmenu in lower resolution don't have this problem.
