AGP Performance?

Hi Y'All, Can I expect a performance increase on CHD based and 3D games with DOS AdvMame if I upgrade my graphics card from a 32mb 4xAGP to a 128mb or 256mb 8xAGP one? Or is 32mb more than enough?
