Anyone using Wells Gardner monitors?

Hello, I am trying to set up advmame under windows.
I have a Geforce 4 and using a U3100 wells gardner monitor.
I installed svgawin and trying to use advcfg and advv to set up the
system.
It won't display correctly from either one correctly.
I left the .rc file at the default settings.  Is there something I need
to change in the .rc file to get this to work?
