I did a quick look at the svgalib source and found that there is a flag
that in the drivers that control if the vertical values should be halved
for interlace modes (INTERLACE_DIVIDE_VERT).
The INTERLACE_DIVIDE_VERT flag is set for all r128 & radeon boards.

Based on the output (only first half of the lines is displayed) my guess
is that the radeon9200 shouldn't have this flag set.

I will compile a new advmame and test it tonight.

Still doens't explain why advv says that interlace is not supported.
