almost there...?

I feel like I have it almost figured out:
 
I've got all my 5000+ ROMs in the image/arcade/rom folder, and I run  MAKEUSB 
from the command prompt.  I have my hard drive with a single 250GB  
unformatted partition hooked up to the USB.  I run the batch file... it  starts... it 
goes for awhile... then it says DISK FULL!
 
How can this be?!?
