Incorrect scaling after return from game

Hi,

I have AdvanceMENU running with xmame as the mame emulator. I pass 2 
parameters to xmame which are -fullscreen an -s 2. This makes xmame 
take up the whole screen which is what I want. However when I exit the 
game and return to advmenu the menu is all out of scale and about 10cm 
of the menu is off to the left of the viewable screen. Is there anyway 
to fix this?
