ADVMENU: color of first letter of game title

I am using advmenu on my arcade cabinet with list view (though this is not specific to that view). The game titles display with the first letter in a different color from the rest. Specifically, they appear in yellow, which is quite hard to read on my monitor. I'd like to change that to a darker color but can't figure out how. This seems like it should have a simple answer, but I haven't been able to find it. ui_color_* options, in particular, don't seem to have any applicability to this.
