This is a safer option, since the strobe-signal does not change during POST (Power-on self-test), but it requires a different program for use (so it cannot be used with the advmame scripting or the portio-utility from advcab). I will draw up a circuit-diagram when I get some time, post it on my webpage, and post a link to it on this list.
