Asus Radeon 9600 XT & AD1985 AC97 msdos :(

Hi, I´ve been using advancemame for some time in pure msdos with an old celeron, recently I decided to test it on my newer computer and found the following: 
 
- AdvanceMame for msdos and windows (via svgawin) hangs with my Asus Radeon 9600 XT, but not with my old geforce2 mx 400. Is very strange as the TVD model is listed as working in the supported card list. The device id is 4152 and the vendor 1002. I added the device id to r128.c but I didn´t got any improvement. 
 
- Also I tryed to add my onboard sound chip device id to the vsync/ac97 driver...but again, no sound. The device id is 24D5 and the vendor 8086. 
 
Any idea?
