Advice for motherboard

Hi everyone,

I am about to upgrade the computer I am using for the arcade and I wanted to
hear from you guys about which motherboard to buy.
I am looking for a mobo for an AMD Athlon 64 (3200+ or better) and I was
thinking of getting one with an integrated soundcard that advmame supports.
The problem is that I will be using the DOS version of advmame under Win98
(as I want to run other Windows apps) so to avoid compatibility issues, I
would like to hear from someone with a similar setup.

And one last question:
Will an old 2X AGP card work with one of this newer motherboards?
I read that the voltage changed for AGP 4X (now they use 1.5v) but I don't
know if it is backwards compatible, and as my current video card (Trident
Blade 3D) works excellent, it would be great if I could use it.
