Minimizing AdvanceMame in Windows Problem

Hello,

 

I am currently using AdvanceMame 0.101.0 configured to use the sdl
library in Windows XP.  My vid-card is an Arcade-VGA.  I am using this
setup that way I can use the lightgun the way it was supposed to be
used.

 

When using "Johnny5" together with the AHK Script, advancemame is
minimized inorder to show the control.ini viewer.  Advancemame nolonger
responds after being minimized.  Does anyone have a solution or have I
found a bug?
