I will try with the CD when I get home today, thanks for the direction.
Also how can I determine if I have any hardware conflicts since I'm not
getting any feedback from the system?

Hello, First off to isolate any hardware problems you should run it
from a CD. Then if that works then there could be a problem with the
USB drive and your BIOS of you computer. Vinnie--- On Mon 01/30,

I downloaded advancedcd 2.6.2 and ran it on a laptop and without doing
anything but running the program; from windowsXP, and rebooting it
worked perfect. So I tried it on my home PC. I re-ran the makeusb.bat
program from my home PC and created a NEW USB drive; so it would catch
my home PC hardware. I then rebooted and it locks on the Advanced
Mame "Loading..." screen. Can't ctrl-alt-del or anything I have to
power off with the power button.

Any ideas why I would see this or how to troubleshoot? Since this is a
usb drive and I can write to it can I enable some kinf of logging or
something?
