LCD Support

I'm trying to set up lcdproc to work with advancemame in Gentoo and lcdproc 
0.5.0.  Right now I don't have a real LCD, so I was going to use curses.  I 
run the LCDd daemon, then I run lcdproc which brings up info about my 
computer, but nothing about my advancemame.  I changed the relevent lines in 
advancemame.rc, and lcdproc show 2 screens connected when I'm running 
advancemame, but no output from it.  What am I doing wrong?
