ADV Menu/Mame problem with Windows Vista

I'm trying to get AdvMenu/Mame to work on Windows Vista and I'm hitting an error that has me stumped. I can run this same setup on Win2000 and WinXP but when I try to run AdvMenu on Vista, it's telling me that the Emulator is not found. The RC is the same as it is on 2000 and XP and I am running in the same directory. I don't know why this won't work. I can run AdvMame from the command line with no issue. For some reason though, Menu isn't coming up. Any ideas? Thanks!!!
