Thanks for the quick reply. I just went back and experimented with this theory but it only happens when I use the "Play One Turn For Me" option. I just did it again. The Palm Pilot created a scout at a planet and sent it to a nearby planet. I can see the path the scout will take but not the scout. I can only tell it's a scout by going to the "List All Fleets" screen. I'm 99% sure that when I use "Play One Turn For Me", it does not end the turn for me because when I try to "Play One Turn For Me" again, it gives me a dialog box telling me I'm an idiot and it has already done this once and to shape up and get a job (or something like that). That's all I have to say about that. :) --- In [email protected], Steve Orens <steve@o...> wrote: > Unfortunately, due to the limited space for on-screen interaction, we > weren't able to squeeze in being able to manipulate fleets in- transit. > "leaving" is considered in-transit. i believe it means that a turn has > passed since it was given the orders to depart, but it hadn't refueled > completely. once the fleet has refueled, it should depart and then arrive at > its destination at which point you can give it orders again. > > steve > > > I just started a new game after getting destroyed by the AI again > > and I made it a lot dumber this time.
