Satellites vs Fighters

On the rule of thumb, I can say that a Dreadnought worths 25 
Fighters (same speed, weapon and shield). That's why I prefer to 
build 1 Dr than 25 Ft because : 
1) it costs less metal to build
2) its number cannot be reduce from battle to battle (still you can 
lose your dreadnought entirely)

I wonder in combat how many Ft worth a satellite (same speed, weapon 
and shield). Any idea ?
