this is what I said. 
 
My starting difficulty is 101 and at the end of the game the difficulty
value is 100 (no alliance done during the game).  
I got this problem for different difficulty levels.
 
I am using the version 1.0.4 on a Zire 71.

Are you saying that if you don't ever form an alliance, you get 1 point less
than if you do at some time?

That'd be a bug if it's true.
