Potential Bug: Max. difficulty in "Anteres Kid" level

Just a follow-up from the E-Mail I sent last week.

According to a previous E-Mail post here, we should be able to start
a game with a maximum difficulty level of 145 instead of 140 when we 
reach the "Anteres Kid" level.

I am only able to create a game with a maximum difficulty of 140.
