Re: Tech screen bar color

Ok, finally looking at some of these messages.

The change in colors just lets you know that you have crossed over a
threshold. It helps to figure out where you want the bars. The more you
invest, there is a decreasing return in investment for your money.

There isn't a problem setting it for too low, it just means it will just
very very slowly keeping increasing the technology.

It really depends on your game style. I have yet to figure out what the
"best" strategy is for how to spend the money. But, I know that putting all
the money into one technology isn't good.
