Re: [RFC][GSoC] Improving gcc on Windows targets

Woah, that's a rather lengthy draft! That could be good or bad
depending on who you ask. Although, I guess it's good to be detailed
in this case so that the people reviewing your idea know exactly what
you plan to do. That said, I'm in no position to actually say what
needs to change for the draft to improve, that task goes to the gcc
mentors in charge of the specific area (I think). All the best with
the proposal and idea! I'm looking forward to a much nicer user
experience and less broken stuff on Windows in later gcc versions :)
