Re: Using Notes on Gramps

Not sure if this will help, as I don't use the NAVWeb report myself, but
here is something else you might try.

In the note, instead of putting a link to the media object that represents
the PDF file, put a link to the file itself. To get the link, in your web
browser, use File - Open to open the PDF file within a browser tab or
window. Then copy the URL (which begins with "file:" followed by three
forward slashes, and ends with ".pdf") and paste it in the note.

If you open that link within Gramps, it will open the file in your default
PDF viewer. If you intend the NAVWeb report files to be used on a different
computer, the path would need to be changed accordingly.
