Installing Gramps on a disconnected Windows machine?

Hi, Running GrampsAIO-5.1.4-1_winXX.exe is the obvious part, but what about add-ons (which requires https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gramps-project/addons/master/gramps51)? I've got a Linux machine. Can I just copy ~/.gramps/gramps51/ into the relevant Windows directory? If so, what is the directory name? If not, what's the process?
