Thanx for the info and suggestions. There was a program on our Public TV last night discussing this question. It seems that there are no concrete answers and the laws seemed to be biased toward the pharmacy & insurance companies who 'harvest' data at will. There seems to be two main parts to the question: Is it medical info? Is it genetic info? As you may well know, some genealogical companies are now offering a service that scans 'their' database for 'close relatives'.
